Return Policy
At Barbara Collins, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original packaging, including any pouches, boxes, or tags.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Final sale items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at barbaracollins@followurdreams24.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
